A Special Rating Area for Winston Park
WPG has begun the process of having Winston Park managed through a Special Rating Area — the whole suburb funding the programme together, instead of only the neighbours who volunteered. It would mean cover on every way in, more hours on the road, and verges and lighting looked after too. It will be put to property owners to decide.
